Megaman 9 para todos!!!!

Pues si, aunque varios de ustedes lo saben, la noticia aun es buena para el resto, capcom nos lanzara la resurrección de la vieja escuela de 8-bits con Megaman 9, titulo que sera descargable el proximo lunes 6 de octubre via XBLA y VC, el juego se ve tan dificil como sus predecesores y al parecer el soundtrack es tan bueno como los clásicos asi que agarrense para jugar y frustrarse con este excelente juego
Otra de las noticias es que podremosdescargar a Protoman por 160 XBLA points o 200 puntos para el Wii, asi que la variedad estara en este juego paradarle un poco mas de replay

Expos anyone?

Most of you American people know what is this Convention/expo business is, you got excellent examples all over the country where you can see real media action, game companies show the real stuff and you can actually talk to some of the creators, i mean, could be a ComiCon or a GameCon but having this kind of approach to the source is really great.
Just recently the PAX 08 ended with a lot of warm feelings forthe attendants and that's what we all need and i refer to the people in this my 3rd world country.
Given the fact that we have no game culture of our own and our comic resumes to reprints of outdated publication and softcore/hardcore hollow comics, we can't possibly talk about an event such as the SDCC or the GenCon, instead we got overprized flea markets with nothing to do with the development of the product, to make things sadder we get our share of "celebrities" hosting dubbing actors... yeah.
but still, we got something a bit closer in may the event was the ConComics, and though i must say it has nothing to do with any of the american counterparts, it really surprised the attendants by having some actual comic artists and illustrators as well as a bunch of brand new institutes that are trying to make a breaktrough in animation and gaming.
We're still miles away from having a world class event here but things are going the right path if the people behind the event decides to go this direction

What the hell is going on with the ninjas!!!!

I cant believe this! the ninjas in my childhood used to be those cool dark arts masters with a cool blade and (please note this) stealth suits!! that's right, black suits with covered faces cuz let's face it ninjas are supposed to be a shadow, spies and assassins that are that good that no one can really know what the fuck hit them. But along it comes a new wave of "ninjas dressed in BRIGHT ORANGE JUMP SUITS and are as flashy as a Vegas show girl, that's not a ninja, thats a bad joke.
Lucky for all of us ninja fans we can still see real ninjas in the game biz like a Ryu Hayabusa, a quintessential ninja with everything he needs to be great and rikimaru from the Tenchu series (the downside is that the series has come to a huge hole) i can't even see Naruto without risking a stroke, it's a mix between two things i love but made off wrong.

¿Cual es la finalidad chavos?

Bueno, estaba viendo el desfile de las delegaciones para los juegos de Beijing y la verdad quede pasmado al escuchar a los comentaristas de televisa repartiendo apologías por el desempeño que veremos en la olimpiada.
Es el colmo, el deporte mas jugado en este país es el fútbol y ni siquiera califico la selección y la gente que mandan a representar al país ya tiene una excusa perfecta de porque son mediocres y para colmo se enojan con la gente que critica este tipo de situaciones, pero la realidad es clara, si sabes que los representantes no están a la altura entonces no gastes recursos en enviar una delegación de mas de 80 deportistas los cuales van a pasearse a china con gastos pagados.
con esto dicho podemos estar seguros de que veremos a nuestros compatriotas morder el polvo a nivel mundial con la favorita de los mexicanos, Paola Espinosa, una clavadista que al ver el reportajes hechos para ver su habilidad pude observar los lomazos mas horribles de mi vida, por el amor de Dios si hasta Omar Chapparro se aventó mejores clavados cuando hizo su capsula.
pues bien, no queda de otra mas que aguantarnos, ver los buenos deportistas desperdiciarse en el país mientras los cachirules nos hacen el favor de convertirnos en el hazme reír del mundo

still on hiatus

Well, a lot has happened but something that is clear is that there's no time for the strip at the moment so i´m still on hiatus.
things are going smooth with my doodling business, but leaves me almost no time to work on the strip and the saddest part is that i got a lot of material for it, anyhow i hope i can soon make more gags for this deserted blog

G.I. Joe the movie!!!!!

Jesus Christ mighty avenger!!! i thought that my eyes was decieving me when i read about it but turns out it's a real project. I've been a Joe fan since i can remember i even collect them (i got around 40 of varios types) and after the 80's popularity boom they had i never thought of apowerful return,and even less to spect for a live action movie!!!!!
that's right, a movie based ona a toy that i actually am a fan (i was never to much of a transformer geek)
with the direction of the awfull cliche whore Stephen Sommers this movie is already in it's way to a fucking disaster, nevertheless i will run and see that piece of crap as soon it gets the local theaters.
the bright side is that the script will be checked by the best joe runner in the comic, mr Larry Hama.
i personally think that even if the movie turns out awful it could be at least visually great
